How to Master 300 Yard Bill Drills
Could not have been a more perfect day yesterday for our top scoped carbine class, Advanced Scoped Carbine with Critical Impact Training & Consulting.

We started by confirming zeros then moved into engaging targets at various distances out to 600 yards. We worked on natural point of aim to allow for doubles and repeated shots on target quickly, before moving onto moving targets. Students worked on a Texas star and spinner at 200+ yards to get a feel for how challenging it is to engage dynamic targets at longer ranges. Understanding time of flight is critical.
Then we progressed to positional shooting off various props to hone the marksmanship triangle (stability, durability, and mobility), in order to confidently put fast shots on target in any environment.
Nice job everyone and congrats to our patch winners!
