Just wrapped up our virtual Situational Awareness class. Thanks to everyone who attended. It's amazing how much we take our safety for granted. But as we've seen, everything we do has some level of risk associated with it. It's how we manage that risk that matters.
Some things we learned:
Eliminate doubt from your thinking (if it sounds like gun shots, assume it is)
Situational awareness requires a conscious effort to practice until it becomes second nature
Trust your intuition and alter your plans as needed (walk left instead of right if something seems suspicious)
Pay attention to your exits
The best hotel floors to stay on are 2-6
Don't be afraid to ask for help or act overly cautious
And so much more. Sign up for classes like this and other firearms or first aid training at https://store.rapiddefensewi.com/Training-Classes-c91187039
